PENGUATAN TATA KELOLA PKBM SEHATI MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN ADMINISTRASI DAN MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN NONFORMAL DI DESA MANDALASARI

The Centre for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) is a non-formal educational institution that plays a role in expanding access to education and increasing community capacity. However, the management of PKBM still faces administrative problems, program planning, division of tasks, and coordination that have the potential to cause human error and reduce the effectiveness of educational services. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to strengthen the governance of PKBM Sehati through administrative assistance and management of non-formal education in Mandalasari Village, Cikalong Wetan District, West Bandung Regency. The implementation method uses a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, documentation, mentoring, and evaluation of conditions before and after the activity. The results of the activity show an increase in administrative order, clarity of task division, internal coordination, tutor involvement, and managers' awareness in minimising human error. Mentoring also encourages managers to implement planning, recording, communication, and evaluation in a more systematic manner. PkM activities show that participatory mentoring can strengthen institutional capacity and support more orderly, effective, and sustainable PKBM governance.
